SHIPPING POLICY

At RICADI, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. RICADI is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We will be happy to assist when possible.

International Shipping
International shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
