RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At RICADI, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at ricadinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Exchanges
At this time, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size or item.

RICADI reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions above.
